AUNO delivers to addresses within Australia only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free standard shipping is available on all orders within Australia.
There is no minimum spend required for free standard shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email
Processing times may vary during peak periods or promotional events.

Estimated delivery times depend on your delivery location:
- Metro areas: Approximately 2–5 business days

DELIVERY PARTNERS & TRACKING
We use reputable courier and postal services to deliver your order.
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor delivery progress.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
Some deliveries may be left at your nominated address without a signature if the courier considers it safe to do so.
If you require a signature on delivery or have specific delivery instructions, please include these at checkout. While we pass instructions to our delivery partners, we cannot guarantee they will always be followed.
MISSED DELIVERIES
If no one is available to receive your order, the courier may:
- Leave a calling card with collection or redelivery instructions
- Attempt redelivery at a later time
- Redirect the parcel to a local collection point
Delivery arrangements are managed by the courier once the order has been dispatched.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS DETAILS
Please ensure all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
AUNO is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be redirected or re-sent due to address errors.
DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact AUNO Customer Support as soon as possible.
When reporting an issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs (where applicable)
We will assess the issue and assist in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we work closely with our delivery partners, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier network disruptions
- Weather conditions

- Public holidays
- Events beyond our reasonable control
AUNO is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers; however, we will assist where possible.
