WELCOME TO AUNO RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At AUNO, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you sort it out – simply, fairly, and without hassle.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective (change-of-mind) products in accordance with the terms below.


30-DAY CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Changed your mind? No problem.

You can return all items within 30 days of purchase, as long as:

  • The product is returned in good, as-new condition (no damage or misuse)
  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are included
  • You have a valid proof of purchase

Opening the product to inspect it or try basic functions does not affect your eligibility for a return.

You may choose a refund or exchange.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. 
For bank transfer refunds, we may request your nominated bank account details to process the refund.
In some cases, larger refunds may be processed via an alternative method for security reasons.

Please note: refunds cannot be issued to store credit or gift cards for change-of-mind returns.


WARRANTY & FAULTY PRODUCTS

All products sold by AUNO are covered by Australian Consumer Law.

In addition, many products include a manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. If your product is faulty or not fit for purpose, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Provide a refund

This warranty does not cover:

  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund if the product has a major failure
  • A replacement or refund if the product fails to meet acceptable quality standards

These rights apply in addition to our warranty and returns policy.


HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE

Return by Mail

To start a return, please contact AUNO Customer Support first so we can assist you and issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

Returns sent without an RA number cannot be accepted.


SIMPLE RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact AUNO Customer Support with your order number and reason for return
  2. Once approved, we’ll email you an RA number and return instructions
  3. Send the item back using a tracked postage service
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

For faulty or not-as-described items, return shipping costs will be covered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns are typically processed within 14 business days of receiving the item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as AUNO cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
